We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

2. Products & Production

All Flipped Stitch products are made on demand. This means your order is produced specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this:

  • We do not hold inventory.
  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
  • Slight variations in color or placement may occur between the product preview and the finished item due to the nature of print-on-demand production.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before production begins. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally to the US, Canada, Africa, and other regions worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout. Flipped Stitch is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing errors. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

6. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed based on incorrect information.

7. Third-Party Services

Our store uses third-party services for production and fulfillment (including Printify). Your order information is shared with these partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We are not liable for the actions or policies of these third-party providers.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or in any way that could harm or disparage Flipped Stitch or its community.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flipped Stitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
